We’re a small-batch food maker in Melbourne making artisanal products with native ingredients and sharing that love with the world (oh, we sell plants too!). We’re incredibly values-driven and constantly work on ways to give back to the broader community, our suppliers, and our customers.
We are looking for a fun and dynamic Sales Coordinator who isn’t afraid of fast-paced work and has a knack for tackling challenges head-on.
Who are we looking for?
– We’re on the hunt for a creative mind who wants to push boundaries and help sell our incredible native food products across Australia and Asia. This role is a new role, so you’ll be expected to research and implement a CRM system, strengthen relationships with current B2B clients, and expand the sales in the B2B section of our company.
What will you do?
1. Build strong relationships with B2B Clients
2. Generate and nurture cold and warm leads and convert into longterm relationships and partnerships.
3. Network and grow relationships with hospitality clients, distributors, and retail stockists.
4. Solve fulfilment issues, maintain high-quality service on deliveries, and work with internal teams in planning and growth.
5. Hit and exceed sales KPIs and targets.
6. Develop and maintain a clean CRM system that converts.
7. Manage company LinkedIn in collaborate with marketing department.
8. Grow the B2B channel and
9. Generate and manage promotion ideas and manage product catalogues and pricing.
What are your skills?
– You’re a natural extrovert and love building relationships with people
– Previous sales skills within FMCG / Retail Food Industry
– Understanding of sales methods and strategies and how to execute them
– Excellent command of written and verbal English

Contract and Hours:
Full-time
8 hours a day (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)
