Sales Coordinator
Pay Range PHP 35,000 to 40,000 plus incentives

JOB OVERVIEW

We are searching for a highly driven individual that can work independently to be our Sales Coordinator. This individual will be taking the lead of our sales efforts by initiating and fostering client relations and acting as our first point of contact for potential clients. We are looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional who wants to get in on the ground floor and grow with us, as we launch our new business of providing Virtual Assistants to Real Estate Agents throughout the USA.

Duties:

-Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
-Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
-Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information via email
-Input and Update customer information using a CRM
-Keeping up with service information and updates
-Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
-Explaining and demonstrating features,advantages and pricing of services
-Staying informed about competing services
-Upselling services
-Researching and qualifying new leads
-Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Requirements:

-Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales experience(s) required
-Extreme comfortability in making outbound calls
-Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
-Experience with identifying, documenting and implementing sales process improvements
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask
-Excellent phone and cold calling skills
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Strong listening and sales skills
-Can handle pressure of working towards reaching targets

-Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
-High level of persistence and resilience in cold calling, not easily disheartened or frustrated
-Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines
-Coachable and open to learning
-Able to work with a team and contribute ideas to improve processes
-Must have a good understanding of the sales process and dynamics

Your home office requirements:
-1 primary computer (at least Core i5 processor)
-1 backup computer (at least Core i3 processor)
-Primary internet service with at least 10 mbps speed
-Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed
-Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) in case of power/internet outage or other contingency plans(generators, backup power banks, etc.)

Compensation and Work Schedule:
-Base pay of PHP 35,000 to 40,000 plus incentives
-Pay semimonthly through “Wise” (formerly “Transferwise”)
-Pay increases based on performance
-13th month pay (1st year prorated)
-Shift is at 8:00AM to 5:30PM EST (8:00PM to 5:30AM PH time), Mondays to Fridays(fixed weekends off), 40 hours a week
