The Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Sales Prospect Data Management (30%)
Enter sales prospect details into task management software.
Maintain and update prospect records with precision.
2. Meeting Support and Documentation (30%)
Prepare meeting notes and proposal documents for sales meetings.
Organize and archive meeting materials for future reference.
3. Sales Performance Reporting (40%)
Generate sales performance reports and analyze sales data.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Technical Skills:
In addition to the right personality fit, we’re looking for someone with the following technical skills, in order of preference:

Clear Communication: Ability to understand the English language, take meeting notes, and transform conversations into actionable takeaways.
CRM Experience: Proficiency with CRM management tools, such as Accelo, Pipedrive, or similar.
Google Suite: Strong familiarity with Google Suite, including Google Docs and Excel.
Data Analytics: Capability to pull performance reports and monitor data.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and a prompt response to client inquiries.
Pacific Standard Time Availability:
Our team operates on Pacific Standard Time, and you must be willing to work within these hours. We offer a flexible schedule, with a start time between 7 am PST and 9 am PST and an end time between 4 pm PST and 6 pm PST.

You should be comfortable with the following software:
