Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant. The Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team and executives and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional level of service. This role will require a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, with HubSpot skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team and executives with administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing presentations, email management and scheduling appointments,
Manage the company’s CRM system, including inputting and updating customer data, tracking leads, and generating reports.
Monitor and track sales team activities, including pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasts.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding sales orders, shipments, and delivery status.
Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including scheduling flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Prepare and manage expense reports and meeting minutes/summaries for executives.
Collaborate with other departments, including Operations and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the sales team’s productivity and effectiveness.

Position Requirements

Preferred Skills

2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
Experience with CRM systems, with HubSpot skills preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
