Key Responsibilities

Prospecting
• Researching and qualifying targeted prospects.

Lead Generation
• Using various marketing and sales strategies to capture the attention of potential clients with a focus of building the foundations for long lasting relationships.

Appointment Setting
• Organizing meetings or calls with interested prospects to introduce our products and services.

Client Interaction
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to drive platform adoption.

Opportunity qualification
• Qualify and evaluate the viability of each sales opportunity, ensuring it meets the necessary requirements and efficiency.

Sales Support
• Assist the sales team in coordinating and facilitating the sales process, ensuring seamless communication, synergy and collaboration among team members.

Customer Relationship Management
• Build and set the foundations for ongoing positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Data Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, order details and contact information using our spreadsheet and CRM system.

Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.

Identify Growth Opportunities
• Analyze sales data and generate reports, providing insights to the sales team to help optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

Market Research
• Contribute to ongoing market research efforts to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and potential market expansion opportunities.

Client Education
• Educate clients to enhance their understanding of our platform, its features and how it can benefit their business.

Customer Feedback
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales coordination or setter role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing orders and client interactions and full contact information.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute in a team environment – engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using AI, spreadsheets, CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Eagerness to learn, obtain new skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Prior experience in sales coordination is considered a plus.
• Mobile internet access
