We are a growing company based in Poland that works for UK and USA-based Aesthetic Clinics so this job will evolve over time, but for now, we are currently seeking a talented Sales Copywriter with a deep understanding of effective landing page strategies. The selected candidate will work closely with our Google Ads Expert to prepare Landing page copy, graphic team to provide hooks and descriptions and with web designers to ensure that landing pages are optimised for maximum conversion rates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent copywriting skills, a strong understanding of the elements required on landing pages (including images, videos, and graphics content), and the ability to optimise sales copy with relevant keywords.
We have worked in the past with VAs from the Philippines. We offer flex scheduling (we are located in the Poland, but you’ll very rarely need to be available outside of your normal business hours).

**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with the graphic team and web designers to understand the purpose and goals of each landing page and its target audience.
2. Develop persuasive and compelling sales copy that resonates with the target audience and encourages action.
3. Write engaging and impactful scripts for social media content, including videos and ads.
4. Create informative and engaging facts and myths for carousel posts on social media platforms.
5. Prepare social media content writing when not working on sales copy projects.
6. Ensure accurate time tracking by comfortably working with time tracking software.
7. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and seamlessly integrate them into the sales copy for improved search engine optimisation.
8. Work closely with the graphic team to ensure that images, videos, and graphics content on the landing page align with the overall messaging and enhance the user experience.
9. Optimise the sales copy to improve clarity, readability, and overall effectiveness.
10 Collaborate with web designers to ensure that the layout and design of the landing page support the sales copy and facilitate higher conversions.
10. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate different versions of the sales copy and determine the most effective messaging for driving conversions.
11. Monitor landing page performance, analyse key metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting, landing page optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
13. Maintain brand consistency and ensure that the copy adheres to brand guidelines.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a Sales Copywriter, preferably with a focus on landing page optimisation.
2. Strong understanding of effective landing page design and the elements required for high-converting pages, including images, videos, and graphics content.
3. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive sales copy.
4. Familiarity with keyword research and optimisation techniques to enhance search engine visibility.
5. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with graphic teams and web designers.
6. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools to evaluate and optimise sales copy performance.
7. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and how they relate to the overall messaging.
8. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
9. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Happy to work with Time tracking software
