Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Sales CRM Data Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor, analyze, and maintain the accuracy of our sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for details, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to proactively identify and rectify data discrepancies.

SPECIAL NOTE: This position has a specific schedule. The candidate must be able to work the days of Wednesday through Sunday, the hours of 7:30PM EST – 3:30AM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Monitoring:
Regularly monitor sales CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identify and investigate any anomalies, discrepancies, or errors in the data.

Data Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide insights.

Error Resolution:
Take prompt action to rectify data errors and discrepancies.
Implement corrective measures and update the CRM system accordingly.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain data quality standards.
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with data integrity guidelines.

Collaboration:
Work closely with sales teams to understand their data needs and address any issues.
Collaborate with IT and system administrators to implement system updates and enhancements.

Documentation:
Document and maintain records of data issues, resolutions, and preventive measures.
Create user guides and training materials for CRM data input best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and CRM system administration.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with sales processes and key performance indicators.
