Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Agent to join our team. As an Online Sales Agent, you will be responsible for closing prospects via text online, ensuring that women are excited and ready to join our transformative retreats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate with prospects via text to understand their needs and persuade them to join our retreats.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Manage and update CRM with all interactions and sales activities.
• Be available to work US time zones and manage your time effectively.
• Ensure all sales processes and protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

• Near-native level of English proficiency.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in an online environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to provide proof for any medical or family emergencies.
• Commitment to working exclusively for our company, with no outsourcing of tasks.

• Base salary with a commission structure.
