We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Virtual Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of commercial tires for a wide range of vehicles, including commercial trucks, farm equipment, construction machinery, light trucks, and other business-to-business consumers.
This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for engaging with people. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will handle incoming sales calls, providing product information, pricing, and exceptional customer service. This position involves collaborating with specialists, pricing products, creating invoices, sending payment emails, scheduling calendar notifications, and maintaining daily reconciliation of your work. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a can-do
attitude and a genuine smile which comes through the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Calls:
-Handle incoming sales calls with a positive and engaging demeanor.
-Provide information on commercial tires for various vehicles & equipment.
-Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
-Pass off to a specialist if needed.
Outbound Sales Calls:
-Proactively make outbound sales calls to potential business clients.
-Introduce our commercial tire products, highlight key benefits, and address inquiries.
-Effectively communicate product pricing, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
Product Pricing:
-Determine and communicate accurate pricing for commercial tires & services.
-Use company materials to ensure prices are correct
-Collaborate with specialists for specific product knowledge.
Order Processing:
-Create and manage invoices for customer orders.
-Send payment confirmation emails promptly and professionally.
Calendar Management:
-Schedule calendar notifications for follow-ups, deliveries, and other important tasks.
-Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery and service.
Daily Reconciliation:
-Reconcile daily sales activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Communicate any discrepancies or issues promptly to the team.
Team Collaboration:
-Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals.
-Provide support and assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to learn & understand different types of tires.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for talking to people.
