Unlike a traditional funeral home, we are completely internet based and customers talk to us online and via the provide cremation services as well as memorial celebrations at amazing local venues. We at first thought it would be depressing taking these calls but it’s actually extremely heart warming to help someone in their time of need and make their lives a little bit easier. The founders of Meadow previously started Moxie, which proudly employs a team of more than 30 in the Philippines.
This is a sales and customer service role where you will speak with families in need, explain our offering, and help them choose Meadow. You will also handle back office operational tasks needed to help move the cremation process along.
You will:
Answer the phone for incoming leads and explain the Meadow offering
Follow Up with leads via text and email
Use our CRM and other digital tools
Take on other responsibilities over time
Speak with customers and help to answer their questions
Coordinate with our crematory partners, transportation partners and other vendors via text, email and phone
We’re looking for:
Experience supporting a US-based team with both written work and calling, and experience in a sales-based role
Willing to work one of two call shifts: a) 12AM Manila time to 8am Manila time or b) 7 AM Manila time to 3PM Manila time
Strong written and verbal English – you will be conducting phone calls
Having a neutral English accent
Have experience juggling multiple tasks at once and following process SOPs
Other requirements:
Must have a reliable internet connection (>30mbps)
Quiet working environment
English proficiency shown on profile
