Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Virtual Assistants to work remotely in a growing team based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This role will be assisting sales team functions and customer service oriented.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:
– Answer inquiry via call and email to provide product and service information.
– Draft quote (RFQ) email accordingly
– Work collaboratively with the sales team to generate sales leads and follow up with clients.
– Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication and maintain customer relationships professionally.
– Data entry and maintain an effective electronic filing system.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Perform effective business functionality and productivity.
– Assist on strategic market research.
– Able to manage complex priorities.

Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
– Fluent English, Professional Communication.
– Clear, professional phone presence.
– Proficient computer skills with stable internet connection.
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Offices, Google Workspace.
– Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles.

Hours and compensation:
– 9am-5pm PST Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian weekends and BC/Stat Holidays.
– Training will be provided.
– After completing one year of service with us, team members become entitled to compensation for Canadian BC Statutory holidays at their current hourly rate.
– Moreover, team members gain performance-based year-end bonus as an extra incentive.
