Job Description

We’re a growing industrial supplier in Sydney that is building a national reputation for supplying quality industrial, maintenance and safety supplies backed by great service.

We need an intelligent team player to work with our remote team in Manila in close coordination with our office in Sydney. You will enjoy a professional working environment where you have a great deal of autonomy and opportunity to help develop processes.

If you are a people-person who loves to give exceptional technical service and has great phone English, this role might be right for you.

Key tasks and primary requirements:
-Ownership and expansion on assigned accounts
-Quote customers while driving profit margins
-Assist customers to ensure they have an amazing experience with their enquiries and requests for quotes (RFQs)
-Accommodate customer concerns and order issues / amendments
-Support the frontline communications teams for enquiries that require engineering and technical knowledge
-Handle and process orders with multiple suppliers and vendors
-Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and pricing
-Generate reports as required
-Can-do attitude and keenness to learn
-Must have great phone and email manners and good spoken English
-Must be based in Metro Manila, and able to meet up with the local team once a month
-Must have own workstation and headset

Minimum IT requirements:
-Internet speed: At least 25 Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
-Processor: At least AMD Ryzen or Intel i5 or higher
-Operating system: At least Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.0 (Catalina or later)
-Memory: At least 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM

This role is an integral part of the business. Pay is processed weekly. With 13th month pay.
