Job Overview:
We are a growing team based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, seeking dedicated professionals to work remotely. This role will assist sales team functions and customer service, focusing on lead generation and maintaining customer relationships. You will be working in the custom printed packaging industry, collaborating with CPG brands, food processing companies, retail product businesses, and medical product manufacturers that require custom packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed product and service information.
– Draft and send quotes (RFQs) accurately and promptly.
– Conduct market research to identify target markets and consumer trends, building outreach email lists.
– Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
– Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication and maintain professional relationships.
– Perform data entry and maintain an effective electronic filing system.
– Ensure efficient business functionality and productivity.
– Assist with strategic market research and manage complex priorities.
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
– Fluent in English with a professional communication style.
– Clear, professional phone presence.
– Proficient in computer skills with a stable internet connection.
– Working knowledge of Google Workspace apps, Zoho Bigin, and Zoho Books.
– Familiarity with the sales cycle and an understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
– Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles.
– Experienced in lead generation, including cold email outreach and email marketing.
– Experience or familiarity with the custom printed packaging industry, especially with pouch bags, boxes, and labels.
Technical knowledge related to custom printed packaging, including materials and production processes, is highly desirable.

Hours and Compensation:
Working hours: 9am-5pm PST, Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian weekends and BC/Stat Holidays.
– Training will be provided.
– After completing one year of service, team members are entitled to compensation for Canadian BC Statutory holidays at their current hourly rate.
– Performance-based year-end bonus as an additional incentive.
