We are looking for great communicators, motivated, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team

Main Responsibilities:
The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

1.)Identify and reach out to potential customers through leads provided.
2.)Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
3.)Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4.)Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
5.)Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:
1.)2 years + of customer service experience
2.)Australian market Background is an edge
3.)Ability to successfully convert prospective clients
Familiarity with popular suburbs in Australia is an advantage
4.)Reliable internet connection with backup (10 Mbps MINIMUM)
5.)Experience in using RingCentral
6.)Amenable to working an early shift at 6 AM MNL Time.
7.)A quiet working area
