The role involves cold calling real estate agents, property managers, residential / commercial builders (General Contractors) and others e.g. chiropractors and dental offices.

sales and customer support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. The ideal candidate should have high integrity, excellent sales and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. If you have marketing experience, that’s a plus!

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

– Engage with potential clients through various channels to understand their cleaning needs.
– Provide detailed information about our cleaning services, packages, and promotions.
– Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services.
– Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on potential clients, and close deals.
– Maintain organized records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
– Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process.
– Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
– Updating CRM, providing weekly reports etc…..

Qualifications:

– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the cleaning industry.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
– Strong initiative and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and challenges proactively.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
– Proficient in virtual communication tools and platforms.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
– Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
– A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
– Commitment to a long-term role and dedication to contributing to the growth of the company.

Experience with Booking Koala, the cleaning industry, nextiva, etc are a plus!
