Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Data Analyst and Process Developer to join our team. As a Sales Data Analyst and Process Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust Excel sheets with detailed information tabs, analyzing data sheets to segment and qualify leads, developing efficient process flows for converting aged leads from cold to closed, and implementing a comprehensive system for retargeting leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional Excel skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales processes.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel sheets with detailed information tabs, documenting all procedures and methodologies used in data analysis and lead segmentation.
– Review data sheets to identify and segment leads based on specific criteria, distinguishing between good leads to pursue, qualified leads, and unqualified leads.
– Create and implement effective process flows and systems to convert aged leads from cold to closed, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the sales pipeline.
– Design and implement a systematic approach for retargeting leads, utilizing various marketing channels and strategies to maximize lead engagement and conversion.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and processes, making necessary adjustments to improve overall sales performance and lead conversion rates.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, proactively suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of the sales process.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex Excel sheets with detailed information tabs and process documentation.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
– Demonstrated expertise in lead segmentation and qualification, with a deep understanding of sales funnel dynamics.
– Experience in developing and implementing successful sales processes, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
– Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving process improvements.
