Job Description

s a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our recruiting firm, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage potential clients, and schedule appointments for the CEO. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, representing our company and its services in a professional and captivating manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various methods to identify and generate potential leads, including online research, networking, social media, and industry events. Identify key decision-makers within target companies and gather relevant information.

2. Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and other channels to engage with potential clients. Tailor your approach to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our recruiting services and schedule appointments for the CEO.

3. Qualification and Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments during initial conversations to understand the specific requirements and pain points of potential clients. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to address their needs.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing them with valuable insights and information related to the recruiting industry. Be responsive to their inquiries and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments, meetings, and demonstrations for the CEO with qualified leads. Coordinate calendars and ensure all necessary information is communicated to both parties.

6. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities within our CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple leads and appointments.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
– A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market trends.
