Job Description:
Role Overview:
As a Corporate Wellness Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and nurture relationships with executives and Human Resource professionals in small and medium-sized businesses. You will be the first point of contact, introducing our comprehensive wellness program and showcasing how we stand out from generic solutions. Your goal is to schedule appointments for our Head of Business Development to further discuss how Zero Doubt Club can make a significant impact on the health and wellbeing of their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct research on potential clients and industries to tailor our approach to their specific needs.
Identify key decision-makers within target companies and build a strategic outreach plan.
Outbound Sales Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to executives and HR professionals, articulating the benefits of our Corporate Wellness Program.
Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of Zero Doubt Club in promoting holistic health and employee wellbeing.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for our Head of Business Development to present detailed proposals to potential clients.
Maintain a high level of communication and follow-up to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to scheduled meetings.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns.
Collaboration with Virtual Assistant:
Coordinate with our Head of Business Development to optimize outreach efforts and scheduling.
Provide clear communication and guidance to ensure a unified and efficient approach.
Qualifications:
Software Experience: CRM, MailChimp or other Email Service, CallFire Experience a plus, Calendly
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and persistence.
Familiarity with the US market and virtual assistant collaboration is a plus.
