Job Description:
We are looking to hire an excited and passionate person to join our team as a salesperson. The ideal person loves to truly communicate with and help people. You should be passionate about finding out what problems potential clients have and offering them solutions that really impact their business. You will need to be comfortable working with our creative team to come up with beneficial solutions for customers, working independently on your own goals, and reporting directly to the CEO and your trainer for any questions, struggles, or ideas.
There are two compensation options:
– Hourly, plus commission
– Commission only (higher commission)
This means you will have the opportunity to earn as much as you want from wherever you are. We also provide you with the systems, ongoing training, and processes to find and sell new clients.
This is a remote position and you will provide all equipment and connectivity to the internet
Responsibilities:
– Source and contact new potential online leads using our process
– Communicate with new leads on the phone and through email
– Manage the CRM and ongoing lead follow-up
– Daily track your progress and activity
– Handle lead and customer inquiries about products and services
– Assist subscribers in completing their subscription online using the payment page
Requirements:
– Very good American English speaking and typing
– Enjoys communicating with people (extrovert)
– Has a computer, good internet, headphones, and a quiet working environment
– Has a professional looking space to work so that you can have a video meeting with a potential subscriber
– Can work in US time zone mornings Monday through Friday
– Is familiar with Google Docs and Google Chat and can use them comfortably
– Self-directed and goal oriented. If you know how much money you want to make we can show you exactly how much time and effort you will need to put in
– Can host video conferences using Google Meet with potential customers to help them solve business problems (we already have all the resources needed to solve their problems and you will have them)
– You need to be someone who likes following the process! We have the process and we need you to follow it.
