WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You will be responsible for lead generation and prospecting. Your keen eye for identifying potential clients, industries, and markets will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities. By utilizing various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, or social media, you will prospect and qualify leads to ensure a steady flow of potential customers. Your proficiency in conducting thorough needs assessments will help you understand the unique requirements of potential clients. Through this process, you will be able to qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize opportunities for the sales team. Your collaboration with sales representatives and the executive team will ensure that customer needs align with our product offerings.

You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline. This includes maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in our CRM system. You will also monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates. Your close collaboration with the sales team will ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. To stay ahead of the competition, you will stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Your feedback to the marketing and product development teams will help enhance our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

3+ years of sales and appointment-setting experience
Experience in a senior sales development role, preferably with experience in Appointment Setting
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
