Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and self-starting individual for the role of Sales Development Representative (Sales Rep). As a Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue for our agency by understanding the sales process and excelling at researching leads, initiating new relationships, and setting up successful sales calls.

Our purpose-driven design agency originated from a desire to serve and motivate others to contribute positively to the world. We aim to cultivate a community of creatives and businesses dedicated to social good, empowering clients to enhance their message through strategy and design for a better future.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be available during PST business hours for the training period.
SUPERVISOR: Initially reporting to the CEO, then transitioning to the Ops Manager.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

– CEO freed from executing appointment setting, lead generation, finding RFP job opportunities, and daily sales activities.
– Monthly booking of sales appointments.
– Ownership of the sales process, pipeline, and creation of business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Conduct outbound lead generation, building a pipeline of prospects.
– Use /Lemlist, cold emailing, Upwork, and Linkedin for sales opportunities.
– Research and proactively seek new business opportunities.
– Understand customer pain points/requirements and align with the value provided by the company.
– Track sales patterns to improve messaging and email templates.
– Monitor and deliver monthly sales and marketing metrics to Ops Manager.

Proficient in:
– Google Workspace
– Zapier
– Pandadoc

– Lemlist

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong time management and organizational skills.
– Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
– Availability for weekly and monthly meetings during PST business hours.
– High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, problem-solving, and thoughtfulness.
– Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

SKILLSET & QUALIFICATIONS:

– Preferred: 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
