Responsibilities of a Sales Development Rep may include:
Researching potential customers and industries
Identifying and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and other outreach channels
Educating potential customers on the company’s products or services
Setting appointments for the sales team to close deals
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Maintaining accurate records of lead generation activities and results in the company’s CRM system
The ideal candidate for a Sales Development Rep position should possess the following qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Persistence and a results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media platforms.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Flexibility to attend marketing events on nights/weekends when needed.
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a full-time position with a flexible schedule of 32-40 hours per week, working from 10 am to 6 pm EST (Monday – Friday).
