We are a marketing company for chiropractors. We have patients that have expressed interest in booking appointments and the job we are hiring for is to call and get these patients booked.

Responsibilities:

1. Champion Sales: Advocate for our partner chiropractors, actively driving their practice growth through sales and promotion of their services.
2. Excel in Communication: Efficiently handle a high volume of warm leads, expertly promoting medical services and facilitating successful client engagements
3. Lead Conversion: Employ effective follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful deals, contributing to the continuous success of our partner practices.
4. CRM Expertise: Utilize CRM tools to optimize customer relationship management and streamline sales processes.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven phone sales experience in B2B, B2C outbound, or inside sales.
2. Exceptional communication skills with a strong phone presence.
3. A competitive spirit and a drive to excel.
4. Technical aptitude and proficiency. We LOVE Slack!
5. A commitment to meeting and exceeding KPIs.
6. Impeccable English accent

Earnings Potential: Base Pay = $800/month

If you’re Average: Earn up to $1,200/month.
If you’re Good: Reach up to $1,800/month.
If you’re Great: Achieve $2,400+/month.

Your total earnings will include a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and bonuses. Your drive and sales performance will directly influence your total compensation.

Team Lead – Continue to thrive as a Client SDR and also lead a pod of other Client SDRs.
Sales Manager – Lead a whole team of Client SDRs, innovate the process, and hit team KPIs.
Account Manager – Focus on the relationship and retention of clients. Bring business solutions to clients.
Cold Calling SDR – Cold call potential clients and set up appointments for the account executive to close deals.
