We are looking for a disciplined, highly motivated Sales Development Representative. This role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from sales outreach, and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you set the meeting. COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
– Monthly Salary: $ 1100 USD
– 13th Month: Yes
– $500 Yearly Tech Allowance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Development Representative’s primary responsibility is to work directly with the sales team to develop new business customers by identifying sales opportunities and establishing relationships.
– Contact potential clients through cold calls, email, and social media/LinkedIn
– Achieve designated call volumes and meeting-setting metrics.
– Qualify leads from outreach as sales opportunities
– Present company to potential clients
– Identify client needs
– Proactively research and seek new business opportunities in the market
– Engage clients/prospects via the phone to outline the unique value proposition of the company and create sufficient interest to secure an introductory meeting with an account executive.
– Research targeted industry new business leads, to position the company in meeting sales goals
– Report to Company Sales leadership on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
– Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
– Understand the goals, objectives, and/or products of a targeted set of companies and the specific management titles and organizational structure of those companies.
– Understand the changing business and technology issues facing our client and prospect base.
– Work in and document all activities in CRM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
– Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
– Experience with CRM software
– Ability to work independently and as a team member
– Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to deliver engaging presentations
– 1-2 years experience in sales or relatable experience
