SDR Job Application [No Cold Calling]

Overview:

Outbound AI offers productized lead generation for AI-enabled SaaS companies and SaaS businesses generally. We have a rapidly growing community who needs our help building their companies. We plan to be the premier option on the market by offering a world-class service to our clients. In order to achieve our goal, we are actively hiring world-class people to join our SDR team. Responsibilities:

– Create new accounts for our clients from scratch for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn
– Prospect organically
– Enhance messaging templates with personalization
– Manage multiple accounts
– Track KPIs
– You will NOT be required to book the appointments or respond to the prospects
– You will NOT be required to cold call prospective clients. We do direct outreach via DMs & cold email only. We do not cold call.

Requirements:

– Experience with IG, Twitter, or FB (preferred)
– Comfortable with working with a CRM (preferred)
– Comfortable working with Google Sheets (preferred)
– Perfect English (required)
– Detail-oriented (required)
– Exceptionally hard-working & resourceful (required)
– Loyal (required)
– Good attitude, always reliable, and eager to learn (required)

Compensation:

You will be paid a flat rate of $350/month guaranteed, with an opportunity to earn an additional $150 in commission.
