Responsibilities:
– Research and Identify Leads
– Develop and execute outreach strategies to initiate contact with potential leads via email, phone calls, social media, or other communication channels.
– Customize outreach messages to address the specific needs and pain points of target prospects.
– Engage with leads in meaningful conversations to assess their level of interest and qualification.
– Build rapport and establish relationships with leads to foster trust and credibility.
– Maintain ongoing communication with qualified leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
– End of the day reporting; give daily summary of calls whether good or bad calls
– Appointment setting
– Hours would be worked during US Business Hours; 7 pm – 7 am (GMT +8); not an hour requirement, but a specified time.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
– Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets and goals.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Optional/Preferred Skills:
– Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
– Experience with social media advertising and lead generation campaigns.
– Understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques to track and optimize lead generation performance.
– Proficient in Google Workspace
– Website sales history
– Knowledgeable in Wix (with regards to booking systems)

Conditional 7-Week contract with an opportunity to extend
$40/Week + Incentive Bonus
Appointments Per Week (Quota)
Compensation (incentive per lead) 1-2 = $10, 3-5=$15 and 5 or more = $30
Example – In Week 2, if 4 appointments were taken (that were scheduled the week before in Week 1) the compensation is such:
Week 1 – $40
Week 2 – $40 + $10 + $10 + $15 +$15
Compensation would be based on the following:
– Lead must attend the appointment – appointments booked, that result in No Show – do not qualify for compensation.
– The prospect must understand that it is a website consultation call and not something else.
$200 Per Confirmed Sale
Payments will be remitted via Wise Bank.
– What information we need to make sure payment goes through.
Reimbursement:
We can reimburse with receipts, for any phone or dialing expenses, if asked.
