We’re on the hunt for a highly communicative, empathetic SDR who can take our lead follow-up game to the next level! If you’re the type of person who’s naturally sociable and has a knack for connecting with people, we want you on our team for this long-term role.

As our Sales Development Rep, you’ll be responsible for our inbound and outbound lead follow ups and educating them on our life changing method of care. You’ll be a natural at building rapport and trust with potential customers, and you’ll have a track record of converting leads into appointments through a variety of channels of communication.

We’re looking for someone who’s self-managed and can handle lots of phone conversations throughout the day. You’ll be a go-getter who’s motivated by personal achievement, but you’ll also have a strong altruistic drive, and a desire to help people solve their problems. Most of our patients have exhausted a lot of their options, so they often come to us skeptical. This is where you thrive as you share with them our breakthrough 5-star care.

Responsibilities:

•As an inside sales pace setter, you will be answering 80% of inbound calls on the first attempt.
•Master at speed to lead: respond to 90% of inquiries from all channels within 15 minutes.
•Convert 50% of inbound and outbound calls into new patient appointments, complete with a deposit. You speak with conviction and authority.
•Nurture warm leads with high touch follow-up sequences that lead to 50% conversions.
•Champion following up with no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours and putting them through an efficient follow-up sequence inside of GoHighLevel.
•Thrill patients by providing comprehensive information on our pricing and process for all appointments.
•Stay on top of our appointment booking game with accountability tracking and smashing our weekly and month goals.
•Expertise with learning and mastering the phone script and navigating through objections like a pro. You confidently and enthusiastically ask for the appointment in every conversation.
•Analyze lead flow data weekly, provide insight on conversions, appointment sources, and pivot quickly when bookings are not on trend.
•Achieve incremental improvements to lead flow and conversion systems by identifying when leads fall out of sequence (stop responding or converting).
•Have a daily pulse of what is going on inside our CRM tool: High Level

Qualifications:

•Strong phone communication and empathy skills
•2-3 years of sales experience
•Have a gift for delivering effective communication (written and oral) that excite and engage prospective patients
•Pivot quickly during conversations, always keeping the end goal in mind (book appointments), and able to overcome objections with a high degree of grace and skill
•Possess truly mind-blowing listening skills, so patients feel truly heard
•Familiarity with Google and CRM tools (we use Go High Level mostly)
•Efficient multitasker with strong time-management skills
•Thrives in a work environment where tasks are consistent and repetitive, and maintains a high level of energy and focus throughout the day
•Amazing speaking confidence and command of English
