Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST / 9:00 pm – 5:00 am PHT
Salary: USD $1000/month + Commission (Salary based on assessment)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth for our business. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through account-based sales strategies like outbound email, maintaining our CRM database, and collaborating with our sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B Company

Responsibilities:
– Generate client meetings with consistent and well-researched outreach to prospects using account-based prospecting strategies like outbound email and professional social platforms like Linkedin Sales Navigator.
– Develop and maintain our CRM database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
– Monitor and measure outreach success and improve metrics using new sales tactics and tools (e.g pre-recorded video introductions)
– Collaborate with the team and account manager to ensure the lead is nurtured throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
– At least 3-6 years of Sales Development Representative or Sales Account Executive experience at a B2B company.
– Experience with account-based prospecting strategies like outbound email and Linkedin.
– Knowledgeable with sales infrastructure tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Seamless, (or similar products)
– B2B SaaS or Fintech Industry experience is plus.
– Content Syndication is a MUST
– Professional English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
