Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is crucial for driving new sales growth through proactive outreach methods such as cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing quality leads, setting appointments with the company owner, and ultimately contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn.
2. Consistently generate a pipeline of high-quality leads and set appointments for discussions with the company owner.
3. Implement the 10X mentality principles by Grant Cardone to drive ambitious sales goals.
4. Utilize the 7 Figure MSP system by Chris Wiser, for which training will be provided, to align with industry best practices.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT services industry and market trends.
6. Track and report on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and email outreach.
– Familiarity with the IT services industry is preferred.
– Strong alignment with the 10X mentality and an eagerness to implement best practices from the 7 Figure MSP system.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Natural US English
