We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, focusing on our web chat SaaS solution tailored for medical clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging product demonstrations, researching prospects and leads, executing targeted outreach activities, and meticulously maintaining our CRM system (Hubspot). This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling and informative demos of our web chat SaaS software to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits specific to medical clinics.
* Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels, including industry databases, social media, and virtual networking events, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
* Outreach Activities: Execute targeted outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to initiate contact with prospects and leads.
* CRM Management (Hubspot): Diligently manage and update the CRM system with detailed notes on prospect interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities, ensuring accurate tracking of sales pipeline and activities.
* Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the executive, sales and marketing, and implementation teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights from customer interactions. Provide regular reports on lead generation, outreach outcomes, and demo feedback to inform business strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare industry.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
* Strong research and analytical skills, with a knack for identifying and targeting prospects in the healthcare sector.
* Experience with CRM software and proficient in managing sales pipelines and activities.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a persistent approach to outreach and follow-ups.
* Knowledge of the medical clinic sector and its challenges is a plus.
* Someone available to work part-time during standard US business hours, typically 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
