We’re looking for a go-getter and do-it-all sales and customer service master to join the team of one of our most interesting clients! In this role, you’ll work directly with the sales team and VP of Ops of a US-based moving start-up that is growing very, very fast. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for handling all incoming sales leads from initial interest to close, which will involve sending SMS messages, responding to emails, making outbound calls to warm leads who have abandoned their shopping carts, and receiving live sales calls directly from interested customers and booking them an order right on the spot.
If you’re reading this, you should also know that these are all warm leads with soft sales, meaning that they’re inbound leads who have already shown interest in using the service – so no high-volume cold calling or appointment setting. You’ll only be talking to people who actually want to know more about the service that’s being provided. You’ll just need to get in touch with them, be friendly and smart, and close the deal. Yep, you totally got this. 🙂
Finally, you’ll also need to be proactive and able to work directly with the client, all while making decisions on your own. You’ll also be creating your own scripts and templates that will get the sale booked in the most effective way possible. All with some help, of course, but we’re also a startup, so you’re going to need to figure out a lot of this on your own (fun, right?).
Responsibilities:
– You need to enjoy and have a love of making outbound calls to warm leads to close a soft sale – all while making sure the customer gets all of their questions answered.
– Support current customers via SMS messages, emails, phone calls, and any other way that helps make the sale happen – you need to be scrappy!
– Coordinate customer orders and deadlines with local operators so that all moves go smoothly.
– Create and manage your own scripts, email templates, and processes as needed.
– Maintain and update Salesforce and Airtable to keep our lead, customer, and order data in check.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer support role that included upsell.
– 1+ years in a WFH setup.
– Experience as a Team Leader of Subject Matter Expert.
– Major plus if you’ve worked for a US-based startup before as well as a logistics or moving company.
– Experience using and updating CRMs on your own – bonus points if you can set them up, too.
– Great communication skills and ability to express ideas and solutions clearly.
– Strong organization and attention to detail.
– Ability to work on your own and take charge in a fast-paced setting.
Salary and Benefits:
– Base salary: 50k PHP per month.
