– Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients within the home service industry.

– Contribute to the development of sales collateral, scripts, and outreach strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness.

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
– Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects.
– Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
– A self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
