Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making over 100 calls a day to warm leads, demonstrating exceptional objection handling skills, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires a tenacious and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is undeterred by rejection. Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads to qualify and generate interest in our products/services.
Consistently achieve daily call targets while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Objection Handling:
Demonstrate strong objection handling skills to address potential customer concerns and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Adapt and tailor communication strategies based on prospect feedback and objections.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and accurately document relevant information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service during interactions, ensuring a positive experience for potential customers.
Build rapport and establish a foundation for ongoing relationships with leads.
Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
Regularly update management on progress and challenges, seeking guidance when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role.
Proven track record of making over 100 calls a day to warm leads.
Strong objection handling skills with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
Resilient mindset and the ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools.
