Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Development Representative!

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting efforts, including sending SMS, Email, Appointment Setting and Cold Calling. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and follow-up, as well as ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Previous experience in sales or lead generation is preferred, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Join our team and play a key role in driving our company’s growth and success!

What You’ll Do:
– Engage with potential clients via Email and SMS, sparking interest and managing responses.
– Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless booking process.
– Execute live transfers for positively responding prospects.
– Oversee a robust pipeline of leads in our CRM.
– Stay connected daily with both clients and our team through Slack for optimal coordination.

Who You Are:
– You bring at least a year of solid experience in Sales, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, or similar roles. Bonus points for live transfer expertise.
– You’re a fluent English speaker with unparalleled communication skills.
– Your flexibility allows you to seamlessly work across US time zones.
– Known for your meticulous attention to detail, coachability, and insatiable appetite for learning.
– Thriving under pressure is your forte.
– Ability to work with little or no supervision.
-Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, software (CRMs) and processes (With GoHighLevel and Slack experience is a plus)
– With BPO experience is a plus

Tech Needs:
– A dependable laptop/desktop (4 GB RAM, i3 processor minimum).
– Stable internet (20 MBPS min) and a backup internet source.
– A USB noise-cancelling headset for crystal-clear conversations.
-Must have a backup power source

Compensation:
– Full-time roles starting from $800/month for 40 hours of work, scaling up to $1,600/month for 60 hours.
