Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is critical in expanding our presence within larger business segments, as well as managing and closing transactional sales to our smaller business segments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be adept at using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, to streamline sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and lead forms.
– Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team with potential clients in larger business segments.
– Directly engage in transactional sales with smaller business segments, including emailing, setting up meetings, and closing leads.
– Communicate in Live Chat and VoIP with prospective customers to get them to convert.
– Utilize HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and track customer interactions effectively.
– Work closely with the sales, Customer Support, and marketing teams to develop and implement outreach strategies.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
– Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets for lead qualification and sales objectives.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
– Fluent in English with little to no accent, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Experience with CRM software, specifically HubSpot.
– Experience with VoIP Software
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with stable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
– Must be available to work US business hours to align with our team and customer base.
– High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
