These are the key qualities we are looking for in who we are looking to hire into our SDR role at Insolex & GoGreen Insulation. For over 30 years, we’ve been providing top-notch insulation services in Canada, including spray foam, batt, and blown-in services for both commercial and residential projects.
Insolex has recently expanded and as such, we’re looking to hire a full time SDR to help us scale our sales operations. The day-to-day of what you do will range from helping us reach out to new potential customers, managing our sales pipeline, using our existing tools / finding new ones to automate various sales processes, talking with customers, and constantly looking for ways to improve how we do things.
There is tremendous potential for growth here. Many of our employees have been with us for 10+ years, so we are certainly interested in hiring someone who is looking to join for the long term.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or similar sales related roles
Excellent writing and communication skills
Internal documentation is extremely important to us, and we write a lot of emails!
Experience with CRM, including setting up various automation and managing sales pipelines
– Bonus: Experience with Bigin or Zoho CRM
Comfortable using / learning new sales software
– Example: SalesHandy
Cold calling experience
Familiar with Notion
Familiar with Google Workspace tools
– Doc, Sheets, Meet
Zapier experience for setting up various automations
Fluent in English
Nice to have
Significant experience with Zapier specifically setting up more complex Zaps that use Paths, Filters, or Code
Long term, interested in managing a sales team
