Sales Development Representative

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing prospective leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. The successful candidate will be a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in business development. Owned Responsibilities:
– Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
– Set appointments and follow up on leads
– Track progress towards meeting sales goals
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
– Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with clients to enhance their BD efforts.
– Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong commitment to client success.
– Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related sales role.
* Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to represent client brands effectively. (Bonus points with Cambridge Equivalency of C1 or comparable)
* Proven ability to drive business development strategies and improve conversion rates.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Experience using CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar)
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
* A commitment to delivering excellent client service and achieving sales targets.
* Ability to work 9-5 across US Time Zones (Primarily the Eastern Time Zone)
