The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Metari, you will play a crucial role in our growth and client success stories. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, helping to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to realtors, understanding their needs, and setting them up for success with our growth consultants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

– Utilize various strategies to identify and engage potential clients within the real estate industry.
– Conduct appointments, cold calls, texts and emails to initiate conversations with realtors, aiming to understand their challenges and how Metari can address them.
– Vet and qualify leads to assess their suitability for our services, ensuring a good fit for both the client and our company.
– Build interest and excitement around our services, and book qualified leads into appointments with our Growth Consultants for a detailed exploration of our offerings.
– Work closely with our sales team to refine sales strategies and share insights from client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

– Proven experience as an SDR or similar sales role, preferably within the real estate or tech industries.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
– Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
– A genuine curiosity and a keen learner, eager to understand the nuances of the real estate market and digital marketing.
– Comfortable with remote work and has a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
– Little to no accent.
– Someone that is looking to grow with the company long term.
