The SDR will be a core component of our DFY service, proficiently managing leads across diverse customer accounts. Drawing data from sources like MLS and transaction management software, they’ll ensure all accounts consistently receive accurate and updated leads, and manage campaigns and communication for those leads.
Responsibilities include:
-Achieve a goal of creating 20+ outbound SQLs (sales qualified leads) per month
-Maintain high activity, including 100 calls and 40 emails per day
-Multi-account Management: Skillfully maintain and refresh leads across several customer accounts, ensuring each broker or -team receives optimal benefits from our service.
-Data Handling: Systematically extract, import, and update data from MLS and Co-op agents from transaction management software, guaranteeing the quality and relevance of leads.
-Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize lead generation campaigns for individual accounts, aligning with distinct goals of each broker or team.
-Effective Outreach: Engage with potential recruiting leads through targeted communication, utilizing email, text, and phone channels. Nurture potential recruits and articulate customer’s value proposition.
-CRM Task Alerts: Monitor lead progress within the CRM and initiate task-based alerts to notify customers when a lead is ready to be closed for an appointment.
-Adaptive Lead Sourcing: Stay prepared for the inclusion of new lead sources as they arise, seamlessly integrating them into customer accounts.
-Monthly Reporting: Generate concise monthly reports for each account, detailing lead activities, and campaign results.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Outbound calling experience to cold prospects is preferred
-Residential real estate experience will be strongly considered
What We Offer
-The compensation will be $8-12/hour USD commensurate with experience
-This is a remote role as an international contractor, and you will be paid in your native currency
-This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere.
-You will need to have a good home office setup, including reliable internet and phone service, as well as a current computer to run our largely web-based applications.
