A growing startup wants YOU to be our new Sales Representative!

We need an experienced cold caller with a perfect American accent to market our
services to hospices and funeral homes.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
– Work a 6 hour shift Monday-Friday between 9pm-4am Manila Time
– Make cold calls to funeral homes and hospices to set demos
– Log your call outcomes
– Always look for ways to improve connect and closing rates
– Send a daily report through email, detailing completed tasks and new leads generated

To qualify for the position, you will need:
– 10/10 American English Accent (this is incredibly important for building trust with our customers)
– at least 2 years experience cold calling to the US/Canada
– confidence on the phone
– ability to deviate from the script and have genuine conversations with prospects

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them or a similar software
– Pipedrive (CRM)
– Google Sheets
– AirCall (Or similar VOIP/Softphone)

This is a full-time position Monday – Friday (6 hour shifts, 30 hours per week).

You’ll need to dial in the time zones of our prospects, between 9:00pm PHT to 4:00am PHT.

You’ll qualify for 10 paid vacation days and 5 paid sick days per year after the 3 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays as paid time off.

Pay is $7/hour. We pay 13th month and commissions ($20 each) for qualified demos held that you set.

We provide all technology (CRM + phone) as well as lead lists, scripts, and training. You’ll be working directly with our director of Sales and Marketing.
