Job Overview:
The Lead Generation and Data Enrichment Virtual Assistant will be responsible for identifying and collecting potential leads for our business, as well as enriching these leads with relevant information to support our cold email outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong research skills, and experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential leads within our target market using platforms such as LinkedIn, industry-specific directories, and job boards.
Collect and compile lead information, including contact details, company information, and social media profiles.
Enrich leads with additional data to ensure a comprehensive understanding of potential clients.
Enter and manage lead data in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities.
Assist with the preparation of cold email campaigns by providing high-quality lead lists.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation and data enrichment, preferably in the UI/UX design or tech industry.
Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Click to view) and data enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo).
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead management.
Excellent research and data analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
