Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospects that fit our target market, gathering key information about them, and conducting research calls to qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect research: Use various tools and resources to find and research potential prospects that fit our target market.
Data gathering: Collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date information about prospects, including contact details, company information, and any relevant background information.
Outreach: Engage with prospects through phone calls and emails to gather information about their needs, pain points, and decision-making process.
Lead qualification: Determine the potential value of each prospect and identify if they are a good fit for our products or services.
Meeting scheduling: Set up meetings with qualified leads and interested prospects for further discussion with our sales team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and to provide feedback on the effectiveness of our sales strategy.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong research and data gathering skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
Experience in cold calling and email outreach.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
