AmazonRankPro looking for someone to handle the pre-sales and customer onboarding process for our US-based Amazon marketing agency. All instructions/training will be provided!

Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative, we are looking to add a high-energy individual to our team. In this role, you will manage initial communication with Amazon sellers and service providers, answer incoming marketing calls, and make outbound calls/texts/emails.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize provided contact lists and you will call potential commercial clients in need of our products and services.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to decision-makers within target businesses to introduce our services and generate interest. We will provide a script.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads interested in our cleaning company but they must be interested in using our services.
Google Worksheet: Accurately record lead information and update customer information with relevant details and appointment schedules. This must be done on a Google worksheet after each call.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any questions or concerns, and secure appointments.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed targets for daily/weekly/monthly calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates
Collaboration: Collaborate with your sales team to ensure seamless handover of appointments and provide feedback on lead quality and potential opportunities for improvement.

You’ll be working Monday through Friday, 10 am PT – 5 pm PT (with an hour-long lunch break from 1-2 pm) 4 hours per day.

Pay will be $3-4/hr with $50-100 commission for each deal closed as a result of your calling (projected 1 commission paid every week or two if you’re working the full 20 hrs per week). After 90 days, your pay will increase. You will be given leads every day to call from. This is not customer service. This is not inbound. You will be calling to speak to potential clients at the scheduled time to pitch our products and services using pre-written scripts.

You’ll be expected to do the following. Otherwise, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY:
Speak English PERFECTLY (you MUST sound like you’re from the US!)
LOVE talking to people on the phone! You’ll be doing it pretty much the ENTIRE TIME! You’ll likely be doing some cold calling as well.
Work from a computer, while tracking your time (and also recording all computer screen/audio activity for my review), during all working hours
Have a fast, reliable computer and internet connection. Have a smartphone as well
Communicate regularly with the team via calls, slack and email
Provide a detailed End of Day status each day, detailing tasks and accomplishments
