The role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you have a self-driven and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. You serve as the initial touchpoint for potential clients and establish meaningful connections with prospects. You have the capacity to quickly learn about our products and adapt to changing market conditions, with the primary objective to cultivate new business opportunities. Your role remains pivotal in facilitating the expansion of our customer base and bolstering our market presence.

Compensation:

$16,494.40 / year ($11,546 base) + bonus

Schedule:

This role is a full-time US business hours position. You’ll be expected to work a full shift, any day of the week, between 7pm-5am PST

What you do each day:

Initiate proactive identification and engagement with potential customers using diverse channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media
Schedule and meticulously coordinate product demonstrations and sales meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and the sales teams
Maintain precise and current records of customer interactions and lead information within our CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive and organized repository
Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to exceptional sales performance
Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to adeptly communicate our value proposition, positioning the company as a leader in the market
Conduct a thorough assessment of potential customers’ needs and requirements to ascertain the suitability of our product for their business.
Qualifications:

1+ year of successful sales or lead generation experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with sales CRMs and lead management processes
A personal computer with a strong internet connection that you can use for work
What will help you succeed:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential customers
Ability to handle rejection and persist in reaching out to potential customers

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary for this role is $16,494.40 (includes base plus bonus potential). The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This is a full time contract role.
