Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary Range: commission based
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8 am to 5 pm CST (9pm to 6am Philippines Time)

As a Sales Development Representative for our company, you’ll be an important player in achieving our overall sales goals.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with our Sales team to generate leads and drive new business. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads, making outbound calls and sending emails to introduce VARabbit to potential clients, and following up with our existing clients to understand their needs and provide them with support. You’ll become an expert in our industry and the products and services we provide, and you’ll play a key role in helping us to grow and scale our business.

Responsibilities
-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
-Cold calling to at least 100 calls per day
-Answer questions about products or the company
-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
-Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
-Contact and qualify potential customers
-Set appointments and follow up on leads
-Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
-Represent our company’s products and services
-Track progress toward meeting sales goals
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
-Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
-Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
-Attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads
-Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
