As our Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and signing on the highest quality retailers at scale. You will have a direct hand in unlocking major markets and expanding existing ones. In this role, you will own the full sales lifecycle for each deal you close and collaborate with several teams to maximize impact.
Responsibilities
Assist with appointments and outreach for Merchant and Menu teams.
Responsible for vetting, pitching and closing new accounts.
– Utilize email, SMS and phone calls for contact.
– Document/track all outreach.
Lead generation and qualification.
– Research, contact and vet inbound and outbound leads. Prioritize priority markets for new launches/market expansions.
– Work closely with the Catalog/Menu team to evaluate stores based on products and prices.
– Selectively launch stores that are the best fit for partnership.
Contract Execution & Handoff
– Send contracts and maintain good relations with management and owners.
– Work closely with Merchant Account Management to streamline handoff and schedule new store onboardings.
Maintain and develop SOPs for new store launches and market development.
Provide support for accounts that are on-boarded as needed.
Data entry – updating account/contact information, agreements, etc.
