We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. This role involves identifying potential leads aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through inbound and outbound strategies, utilizing various tools and platforms including HubSpot, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and lead grabbing tools like Rocket Reach.
Responsibilities:
-Pay close attention to detail while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
-Engage in back-and-forth email communications with clients, conduct outbound email campaigns, and handle inbound/outbound calling activities.
-Identify high-potential leads that match MarketerHire’s ICP and business objectives.
-Utilize HubSpot, Google Suite, and LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
-Engage in back-and-forth email communications with clients, conduct outbound email campaigns, and handle inbound/outbound calling activities.
-Employ lead grabbing tools such as Rocket Reach or similar platforms to enhance prospecting efforts.
-Set appointments and follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
-Demonstrate direct outbound experience in reaching out to potential leads effectively.
-Conduct prospecting activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Requirements:
-Strong understanding of written and verbal English communication for effective client interaction.
-Experience in inbound/outbound email communication and calling.
-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
-Previous experience with lead identification and appointment setting.
-Familiarity with tech tools such as HubSpot, Google Suite, and LinkedIn for sales and marketing purposes.
-Experience using lead-grabbing tools like Rocket Reach or similar platforms for prospecting.
-Dialpad and experience is a plus but not mandatory.
About you
-5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing as an SDR (US company/clients)
-Have stellar verbal and written English communication skills
-Demonstrate broad communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
-Ability to summarize and present data in a meaningful way
-Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive material in a professional manner
-Ability to work both independently and in close conjunction with others
-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal input from superiors
-Proactive in sharing challenges and achievements
-Capacity and willingness to learn quickly and independently
-Must have at least 50 mbps fiber internet connection and backup connection
Everything you need to know:
-If you pass the initial screening, you will be endorsed to vetting which will consist a series of tests and interviews.
-You are expected to work full-time (40 hours per week) at $10/hr
-You will be working night shifts with fixed weekends off
-This is a freelance job; benefits, insurance, and paid time off are not included
-This will be for a long-term engagement/contract
-Permanent work-from-home setup
