Job Description

We are a print management company specializing in outsourced book printing and publishing services. We are seeking a detail-oriented, English-proficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our ongoing e-mail marketing campaigns and assist the director with various administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and engage with a range of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Use cloud-based tools such as Apollo to research and compile lists of companies and potential prospects for targeted e-mail marketing campaigns.
Assist in creating and managing templates targeted at different customer groups for marketing purposes.
Conduct follow-ups on all activities and interactions to ensure continuity and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Aid in managing the company’s social media profiles and digital marketing tools to enhance online presence and engagement.
Support the director with daily administrative tasks and project management.
Learn and understand the fundamentals of the print management, book printing, and publishing industries to enhance overall support provided to the team.

Required Qualifications:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong familiarity with cloud-based tools and systems; prior experience with Apollo is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience in digital marketing and using social media tools is preferred.
Able to effectively compile and manage lists and databases.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Background in marketing, administration, or related field.
Knowledge or interest in the printing and publishing industry.
Proficiency in additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative thinking with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
