Do you have experience working in Sales for a service based company? A Tech Recruitment Company based in the US is looking for a dynamic, proactive, confident, independent, and highly experienced Sales Development Representatives who can provide support in lead generation, appointment setting, cold calling, client engagement, and closing deals. Are you passionate and excited to help this client grow their business by providing value and impact in the company’s sales and revenue?

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Designing targeted marketing campaigns to secure new clients and job orders, attract qualified candidates for swift position fulfillment, and initiate a minimum of 50 new business development calls to potential clients daily.
* Performing thorough data aggregation and organization, followed by proactive outbound communication, as well as managing call activities and scheduling tasks on behalf of the Company or Managers.
* Utilizing auto-dialer platforms like Call-Logic to effectively handle a substantial volume of calls across diverse target audiences.
* Simultaneously managing multiple calendars.
* Remaining attentive to emerging tools and technologies to enhance task efficiency and automation.
* Creating structured and cyclic Email and LinkedIn InMail campaigns.
* Strategically delegating and supervising tasks, administrative duties, and projects to offshore RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) firms as appropriate.
* Segmenting potential candidates and clients into specific groups based on F.I.L.L. (Function, Industry, Location, Level) using compiled data.
* Consistently maintaining, refining, and structuring various CRM (Bullhorn) platforms.
* Implementing automated alerts/notifications on platforms like LinkedIn to track shifts in career paths and role changes.
* Collecting CTR (click-through rate) data from platforms such as Hatchbuck, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact to optimize targeting for those who have displayed interest.
* Regularly cross-referencing scheduled appointments and interactions with candidates and clients to ensure no missed opportunities, proactively pursuing necessary follow-ups.
* Supervising company and individual newsfeeds on diverse social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or a similar role is required.
* Prior experience in tech and/or recruitment industry is a valuable asset.
* Capable of effectively engaging in phone conversations, with a willingness to conduct a significant volume of cold calls (minimum of 100 calls per day).
* Possess a high level of English proficiency encompassing written and spoken communication, along with the skill to influence and establish rapport with potential clients within the Salesforce and Data Analytics field.
* Display abundant energy and adeptly handle multiple projects concurrently with a methodical approach.
* Exhibit proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Buillhorn, Call-Logic, LinkedIn InMail, Hatchbuck, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
* Demonstrate a self-motivated and proactive attitude, highlighting the ability to work autonomously, initiate tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
* Evident aptitude for organization and strategic thinking.
* Showcase effective communication abilities, spanning in-person interactions and electronic correspondence.
