Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
– Research, contact, and vet both inbound and outbound leads, successfully closing new accounts.
– Utilize a multi-channel approach including email, SMS, and phone calls, while meticulously documenting and tracking all outreach activities.
– Prioritize target markets for new launches and market expansions.
– Collaborate with the Catalog/Menu team to evaluate stores based on products and prices.
– Selectively launch stores that align seamlessly with our partnership goals.
Contract Execution & Handoff:
– Manage the entire contract execution process, maintaining strong relationships with management and owners.
– Collaborate with Merchant Account Management to ensure a smooth handoff and schedule new store onboarding.
– Assist with scheduling appointments and outreach for our Merchant and Menu teams.
Process Development:
– Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new store launches and market development.
– Provide necessary support for accounts that are on-boarded.
Data Management:
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate updates to account/contact information, agreements, etc.

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dynamic sales role.
– Above-average knowledge of sales tools and best practices.
– Excellent verbal, writing, and negotiation skills.
– Strong analytical skills.
